What is the cost of transportation?
$55 one way, Valparaiso to O’Hare ($110 round trip).
$50 one way, Portage to O'Hare ($100 round trip).
$45 one way, Hammond to O'Hare ($90 round trip).
Do you offer any kind of discount?
Discounts and promotional pricing will occur throughout the year. Check our Facebook page for updates.
Is luggage allowed?
Yes, you are allowed
One check bag
OR
One carry-on bag
and one personal bag, such as a backpack, handbag, or satchel.
Size and weight restrictions
No bag weighing more than 50lbs
Check bag size limted to 30x20x12 inches
Carry on Bag limted to 24x16x10 inches
Due to limited baggae space we cannot accept the following items. Including but not limited to.
Strollers, golf clubs, skis, snowboards. or other large items, see bag size limits.
What is the cost for extra bags?
The cost for extra luggage will be equivalent to the price of an additional seat. Luggage space is limted any addtional lugguge will requre an addtional seat purchase in advance.
Can I bring my pet?
Only registered service animals may be transported. Please notify our office if you will be traveling with a service animal so that we can make appropriate accommodations for you.
Is alcohol allowed on the shuttle?
Consuming alcohol is not permitted on the shuttle. However you may travel with alcohol in your luggage.
Is there a monthly pass available?
We do not currently offer a monthly pass. Please contact our office for volume pricing for frequent travelers.
Is my seat reserved?
Your purchase guarantees you a seat, but seats are not assigned.
Is there a Holiday schedule?

What is the parking situation?
Some locations have a limitted number of free parking spots. Some have no parking. Please see the location and parking info page.
Can I book the day of service?
Yes, up to 45 min before departure but we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance.
Are refunds available?
You can cancel your bus reservation up to 48 hours before departure. Please note that a 15% cancellation fee will apply.
Is booking only done online?
Yes. Please visit our booking page to reserve your ride.
Can I pay cash?
Unfortunately, cash cannot be accepted. All tickets must be purchased electronically and paid for no later than 45 mins prior to service.
Do I have to download an app to book?
No you can book from the website by visting our Book Your Trip page.
Do children have to have their own seat?
Yes all passengers regardles of age must purchase a ticket and ride in a seat.
Are car seats/booster seats available?
Car seats/ booster seats will not be available. You may bring your own to install and use.
How will I know if my reservation is finalized?
You will receive a confirmation email providing your service details.
