Located adjacent to Journeyman Distillery, the Valpo Transit Center is your starting point for hassle-free airport transportation.
Parking: 20 free overnight parking spots are available for City Zoom passengers. Check the map for the designated City Zoom parking area.
Overnight parking outside the designated City Zoom area may result in your vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.
Where the Shuttle Picks Up: Meet your shuttle at the bus shelter on the east side of the road, between the parking lots.
Amenities: The Valpo Transit office has an indoor waiting area and public restrooms. Office hours vary and the building is not open every day, so plan to wait at the bus shelter if the office is closed.

Located south of I-80/94 and west of Kennedy Avenue, the South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority is an ideal starting point for stress-free airport transportation.

Where the Shuttle Picks Up: The shuttle will pick up at the City Zoom passenger parking area and at the front of the CVA building.
Amenities: This location does have public restrooms, and passengers may wait inside the building when riding the shuttle. Only available during business hours, hours may vary.

City Zoom drops off at the departure level of Terminals 1, 2, 3, and 5. Tell your driver your airline and we'll get you to the right door.
Returns (pickup)
All returns board at one location. Please allow enough time to get from your arrival terminal to Terminal 2 before your scheduled pickup.

The shuttle cannot circulate to each terminal on return trips.

Each passenger may bring one checked-size bag OR one carry-on-size bag, plus one personal item such as a small backpack or purse, at no additional charge. Additional luggage requires purchasing an extra ticket.
Due to limited baggage space, we cannot accept oversized items, including but not limited to strollers, golf clubs, skis, and snowboards.
